SimoToDo is a software application owned and operated by Simo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SimoToDo and any related services or features. By accessing or using SimoToDo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SimoToDo.
2. Introduction
SimoToDo is an iOS application that syncs with your Notion database to provide todo list functionality.
3. Pricing
SimoToDo is available for a one-time purchase price of $0. This price may change without notice.
4. Notion Account Requirement
To use SimoToDo, you must have a Notion account and grant the app permission to access your Notion data.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Notion account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Intellectual Property
SimoToDo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Simo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to SimoToDo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Simo, nor his employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
